Community Health Representative (CHR)
The CHR is responsible for the overall health care for the community. Any Health related issues are usually handled by the CHR, and is the immediate worker for minor incidents. The CHR also runs several related programs such as the Medical runs, and special events.
Family Support Worker (FSW)
The FSW is responsible for the welfare for the community. This could range from one-on-one counselling, to escorting clients to specialty centres in the neighbouring communities. The FSW is here to assist community members who are on programs for the betterment of their families.
Community Prevention Worker (CPW)
The CPW is responsible for organizing programs that encourages identification and education on problems that people may encounter. It is easier for people to avoid problems if they are properly informed, such as the effects of alcohol and prescription drug abuse.
Programs and Events Co-ordinator (PEC)
The PEC is responsible for organizing various social events and programs in the community. The PEC engages the community in activities to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
